Diet time will accept returns within 48 hours of receiving your order. If 48 hours have passed since we received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note that the products of the liquidation offers are not subject to exchange or cancellation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if there is any)
Once the return order is received and checked, we will send you a message to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment (in the case of cash or credit card on delivery) you must provide us with your bank account details, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) *
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
